the buyer below named as "I" agrees to the following: i accept full responsibility for this kitten and providing properly for its welfare. this kitten will always receive prompt medical care, and seller is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred on behalf of this cat. This kitten will never be allowed to harbor fleas or any parasites or go untreated with an illness. the kitten will never be allowed to roam outdoors unattended. i will never declaw this kitten and understand it is inhumane. i agree to provide companionship for this kitten, never leaving it alone for extended periods of time without human attention, or caging the kitten for more than 4 hrs per day. i agree that this kitten and its offspring will never be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop,kitten mill or research lab. this kitten is being sold as a whole cat, to be used in a responsible, ethical and loving breeding program. i understand that this kitten cannot be resold whole. i understand none of this kittens immediate offspring (sons,daughters) can be sold in region 2 with breeding rights.. should breeding problems arise, it will be up to sellers discretion as to whether or not the kitten will be replaced, and medical documentaion will be required.If i no longer wish to keep kitten, i have the right to resell but must first send proof of spay or neuter to seller.. seller will always take the kitten/cat back,however no refund will be given.i understand that the seller warrants this kitten is from a clean cattery free from diseases and all vaccinations are up to date. the seller warrants that this kitten is genetically sound to the best of the sellers knowlledge. i agree not to administer the feline leukemia or FIP vaccine to kitten, understanding these vaccines may cause harm and these 2 stated vaccines will null and void the 1 year health guarantee from seller. I understand that it is recommended i have the kitten examined by a veterinariean within 72 hrs after purchase. if the kitten is to be found with any life threatening genetic conditions, seller will be contacted right away and based on findings a replacement kitten will be offered when it becomes available. all shipping costs or transportation are my responsibility. If kitten is returned, the next available kitten of equal value will be offered as replacement. no cash refunds will be given. prior to any replacement animal being made, all papers issued with this animal must be returned, properly signed, transferring ownership back to seller. it is recommended to isolate all incoming kittens and purchaser agrees to islolate this kitten for at least one month before introduction to its other cats. i am aware all kittens come with a one year health guarantee against any life threatening genetic disorders. i understand i must provide medical documentation in order to receive a replacement kitten. seller may replace kitten of equal value when one becomes available. i understand i am responsible for all shipping charges or transportation.I understand that violations of this sale agreement may be detrimental to the reputation of the sellers cattery name and the value of the sellers cats, buyer agrees that any such vilolation will entitle the seller to payment in the amount of $1,000.00 and i must return the cat back to seller.. any sort of litigation will take place in deschutes county, oregon. i am aware that all deposits or payments are nonrefundable, no exceptions. i understand that kitten must be paid in full and picked up within 30 daays after placing deposit or kitten will be resold and i will not get a refund of any sort.
